Its Pumpkin season and that means Pumpkin pump workouts.

We substitue weights for pumpkins....really

Its a great workout, one of our most popular and fun.

You will use your pump-kin like never before.

Bring a 8-12 lb pumpkin to bootcamp and see for yourself.

We burn massive calories and have fun doing it.

Drop in at any location if you are curious.

If you have trained with me previously, you know we have some good times ahead.
